My work explores the extraordinary of the ordinary. In a minimal and warm style, I photograph moments in the daily life of people worldwide.

Rather than documenting places, I focus on moments with human presence. The every-day moments that are relatable to everyone and leaves space for reflection and personal interpretation.

Rooted in a deep fascination for people, my vision is shaped by years of working as a nurse in mental health care clinics in the Netherlands.

The focus on art photography took a big stap forward while visiting Iran for the first time. The first fine art photos I made are all taken in Middle Eastern countries.

Each fine art photo is created without staging or manipulation. What stays is a moment as it was. Simple, honest and open to meaning.

On an annual basis 3 to 6 fine art photos are released in limited editions and include a certificate of authenticity.

All fine art photos are ready-to-hang. Printed on high quality hahnemühle paper on dibond and framed in a wooden box-frame.
